About Diana
I have worked with the psychological and emotional wellbeing of individuals and couples for nearly 30 years. I facilitate personal understanding, self awareness thus enabling you to really listen to yourself so that issues become clearer and outcomes achieved. I use psychological theories, human development, neuroscience and the complexities of relationships to feedback into this process.
I offer counselling to individuals and couples with empathy, experience and warmth. In 2014 I took the step to train as a coach, enabling me to use my counselling skills and focus on future development and goals for a coaching outcome. I have held a long and abiding interest in providing supervision to counsellors and reflective practice to professionals, with a supportive relationship and openness at the heart of this work.
I have worked as an NHS Counsellor. My people skills and experience in working with relationships at work, family or personal issues were gathered in a varied career in statutory agencies, charities, work place wellbeing and counselling. In private practice I offer a personal consultation to establish requirements, your beliefs and wishes, outcomes or just find out where you would like to start on your journey of development and change.
